It was a Sesame Street themed party held at the 49th floor of One San Miguel Avenue Condominium prepared for Ryumi Miakka by her parents last October 28, 2007. The place was very pleasing with all the colorful balloon decors and backdrop. Mia, the adorable birthday celebrant, wore a cute pink dress with a tiny ballerina shoes. The kids had a lot of fun with the games and the puppet and magic shows. They also enjoyed when Elmo came out to have fun with them.
